Three-phase filtering chokes (reactors) for UKRM are designed to operate as part of condenser installations, are connected in series with capacitors and serve to detune harmonics from the frequency prevailing in the network to prevent overheating and breakdown of capacitors.

DSG three-phase mains chokes most often operate in the circuits of electric drive converters. Such chokes limit the rate of rise of the starting current in the circuit and the mutual influence of switching converters powered by the same transformer.

DM motor chokes are widely used in circuits of converters of electric drives of alternating current. Motor chokes, depending on the type of electric drive they work with, solve various tasks: ensuring continuity and smoothing out ripples of the motor current, limiting the short-circuit current in the converter load circuit, as well as suppressing switching overvoltages and compensating the line supply capacity.

DU/dt chokes are widely used in electric drive circuits and are installed at the output of frequency converters.
