Three-phase filter chokes (reactors) for UKRM are designed to work as part of capacitor installations, are connected in series with capacitors and serve to detach from the frequency prevailing in the harmonic network to prevent overheating and breakdown of capacitors.

Three-phase DSZ network chokes most often work in the circuits of electric drive converters. Such chokes limit the rate of rise of the starting current in the circuit and the mutual influence of switching converters powered by the same transformer.

DM motor chokes are widely used in circuits of converters of AC electric drives.
Motor chokes, depending on the type of electric drive with which they work, solve various tasks: ensuring continuity and smoothing the ripples of the motor current, limiting the short-circuit current in the load circuit of the converter, as well as suppressing switching overvoltages and compensating the power supply capacity of the line.

DU/dt chokes are widely used in electric drive circuits and are installed at the output of frequency converters.
DU/dt chokes limit the rate of voltage rise at the motor terminals, thereby increasing their service life by protecting the insulation of the motor from damage, lowering the temperature of the motor and reducing the noise level of the motor. In addition, it is possible to increase the length of the power cable from the IF to the motor from 30 to 100 meters, depending on the switching frequency. They also reduce the level of electromagnetic interference.
